Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your Boss Babe Boutique order. Because our items are sourced through third-party suppliers, please review the following before requesting a return:

We accept returns/exchanges if:

• Your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly different from its description
• You received the wrong item

Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at bossbabeboutique007@gmail.com with your order number and photos of the issue, and we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.

We do not accept returns for:

• Change of mind or incorrect size ordered (please check our size guide before purchasing)
• Delays caused by shipping carriers once an order has left our facility

Refunds, when approved, will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
